Programme

We do not anticipate works could commence until at least 2028 so these are long-term proposals. However, we believe it is important to take pro-active action now to future-proof One Chapel Place and are working towards submitting a planning application to Westminster City Council towards the end of the year.

Submission of Planning Application is Spring 2023 and Determination of Planning Permission is Autumn 2023
