One Chapel Place is a 35,000 sq ft five storey (G+4) office building, just off Oxford Street, W1 between the Debenhams and House of Fraser redevelopments, opposite the Grade 1 listed St Peter’s Church.
The surrounding area is undergoing redevelopment and densification. The immediate environs are currently unloved and do not fulfil their public amenity potential. The existing offices are outdated and will not be fit for purpose in 2028 when the current tenants leave.
We have identified the potential for a 73,000 sq ft eleven storey (G+9+Terrace) office building that will be exemplary in its design, sustainability and contribution to the local area.
Ahead of submitting a planning application to Westminster City Council we are keen to understand the thoughts of the local community.
As part of this engagement we have hosted a webinar, a recording of which can be viewed on this website, along with an in-person exhibition. We are due to host a further in-public exhibition where you can learn more about our plans to transform One Chapel Place.

We do not anticipate works could commence until at least 2028 so these are long-term proposals. However, we believe it is important to take pro-active action now to future-proof One Chapel Place and are working towards submitting a planning application to Westminster City Council towards the end of the year.
