Pursuing exemplary and innovative architecture

The owners of One Chapel Place seek to deliver a piece of exceptional architecture which will stand the test of time under their long term tenure. The design of One Chapel Place is contemporary whilst respectful of it’s heritage context and will be exemplary in terms of its quality, materiality and craftmanship. We have drawn inspiration from typologies common in the Harley Street Conservation Area and the area surrounding One Chapel Place.

2 Glazed balustrades permits clear views from the new rooftop garden

1 Lighter structure and articulated form at the top of the building responds to the shoulder heights of neighbouring buildings

3 Portland grey terrazzo (made from recovered materials) cladding matches local context and provides a suitable backdrop for St Peter’s Church

4 Collonaded arches takes inspiration from the local vernacular

5 Enhanced public realm around St Peter’s Church provides much needed green respite space close to Oxford Street

6 New main entrance optimising connectivity and views of the public realm from Vere Street

7 Rooftop garden access element with street-level entrance

8 New active frontages provide level access, activity and breathe new life into Chapel Place
